Does Ato send my tabs to the cloud?
Yes. Its extension sends each tab's URL and title to its server for AI grouping, and its privacy policy names Google Gemini. The policy says they are processed temporarily and not stored.
Does Takt's AI need the internet?
No. Takt uses Chrome's built-in model (the Prompt API), which runs on your computer once Chrome has downloaded it. It needs Chrome 127 or later and hardware that Chrome supports for on-device AI.
